Return and Refund Policy

At D'Lux closet, we want you to be completely satisfied with every product you order. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receiving your item(s). All returns require an RMA; items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the total order amount.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, items must be adequately repackaged.

How to Request an RMA

To request an RMA, please email us at                                                Include your name, order number (starting with #DLX), and the reason for your return. Once your RMA is processed, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be refunded to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges and applicable restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns on certain items, including sale items, misfit bundles, acrylic sample sets, gift cards, or digital files. If you have questions or concerns about these items, please contact us at 

Exchanges

Currently, we do not accept exchanges. To get the item you want, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.
